If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from staleks-california.com, you may return it within 7 days of the date it was received and receive a refund in accordance with this Policy. When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 7 days of receipt of your package.

Please include your name, address, email address, daytime phone number and reason for return. Items can only be returned for refund or credit if they have no signs of wear and tear, are in original packaging, and have all original tags still attached.

Return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return label if a mistake was made on our end (for example, if we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged). If a return is made for any other reason (change of mind, dislike of the color, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our facility. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds and restocking fee. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the receipt date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. Returns made more than 7 days after receipt, where we agree to accept them, are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount. If the conditions below are not met, staleks-california.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge the 20% restocking fee or to refuse the return.

Please keep in mind:

• Items must be purchased on the Staleks California online store at staleks-california.com
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund
• Items and packaging must be returned in new condition and not damaged
• Packaging must include all original items, manuals, etc.
• The return shipment has to have sufficient postage, otherwise the shipment will be returned to sender
• Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt
• Return shipment must be insured and in a padded envelope or package
